When I started at O2’s The Lab 15 years ago, I loved testing frameworks like Lean UX. When Google Ventures shared the 5-day Design Sprint, I knew we had to try it.
I mapped out this exact plan to guide our team through the week. The big arrows hold the daily tasks, the bottom circles show the team, and the right circles map our outcomes.
Since then, we have used this framework to deliver award-winning solutions like the National Data Banks and 3 NWG Innovation Festival Sprints for O2 Business. It is truly amazing what a Design Sprint can do!
